Q. What would be the ideal age for your presentation?
A. While Nasser’s message is probably best for middle school through college students, he has spoken to students as young as 5th grade. He does alter parts of my presentation to meet the emotional and psychological development need of the young people he speaks to. The pre-event questionnaire and interview will help him tailor his presentation to meet the needs of your audience.
Q. How do you handle travel expenses?
A. Travel expenses are flat fee and are billed on a separate invoice. When travel is needed to an event, the fee includes coach airline ticket (or train), meals, hotel, parking, and rental car. Our staff will handle all travel arrangements for your event. Certain travel expenses will be deducted based on proximity of Nasser to your event or school.
Q. Will Nasser’s presentation bore my students?
A. Hopefully, you can see by the promo video that Nasser enjoys what he does. He believes when you enjoy what you do, it translates into fun for his audience. His goal is to take your audience on a roller coaster of laughter, fun, seriousness, joy, and challenge. He has been called many things in life, but boring has never been one. If we’re lucky, the teachers might laugh too.
Q. Where would someone typically find you speaking?
A. Most of Nasser’s keynotes and motivational assemblies are at middle schools, high schools conferences. He often speaks at leadership development conferences for colleges and universities. Additionally, he is very passionate about helping parents and educators develop strategies in connecting with their young people.
Q. Why do you do this work?
A. When Nasser left a juvenile facility at 17 years old, his first mentor challenged him speak to younger students about his experience. He found out that what he had to those younger students had an impact. Their comments of how his words touched their lives (for the better) inspired him to pursue this as a line of work.
Q. Are all Nasser’s stories true?
A. Yes! Nasser is an open book and hopes that what he shares has an impact on the lives he can reach.
